Credits and Claims Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our product, you may experience occasional problems with your shipment. If for any reasons this should occur, please refer to the following guidelines, policies and procedures. They will be strictly enforced.

  1. All product must be inspected upon arrival.
  2. Report all problems that may lead to a credit request to your account representative by phone or e-mail within 24 hours of arrival.
  3. Enclosed pictures that show the problem that occur. Send pictures via e-mail showing the product and the corresponding bunch barcode.
  4. Provide your account representative with invoice number, delivery date, number of stems of product that is unusable. Be as specific as possible.
  5. Submit the final credit request confirming the problem no later than 96 hours (4 days) after product arrival. Any request received after that time, WILL NOT be granted.
  6. Credit request will only be accepted on the value of the product invoiced.
  7. Credits related to administrative problems such as incorrect pricing will be informed in writing and will be resolved with 5 days of shipment date.
